Subject:  CERF Supplemental Systemwide Distribution Fiscal Year 1994/95

In accordance with the memorandum dated March 7, 1995 from Chancellor 
Munitz, Attachment A, a Supplemental Systemwide Distribution of 
$400,000 for fiscal year 1994/95 is being transferred to the campuses.

Attachment B reflects the distribution from the Systemwide Operations 
Account to the individual campus CERF ledgers.  The journal entry 
described on Attachment B should be recorded by the campus.
