Subject: Campus Ad Hoc CIRS Reporting Costs

Attachment "A"  is a detailed chart of campus ad hoc CIRS reporting 
costs for January through March 1995.  The State Controller has been 
requested to reflect the charges indicated for your respective campus 
and to credit the ChancellorŐs Office account on our Plan of Financial 
Adjustment, PFA #662, dated April 11, 1995.  

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  
This will be a reconciling item with the State ControllerŐs balances 
until the Controller issues a journal entry.
