Attachment A reflects adjusted Pro Rata Charges of Expenditures 
systemwide office records for the period ending June 30, 1994.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer 
indicated on Attachment A with PFA #9156.  The journal entries described 
on Attachment A should be recorded by the campus.

Please note that percentage of actual revenues for 1993/94 shown on AD 
NOAT 94-17 were incorrect.  Attachment A has been prepared to correct this 
prior reporting error.  Furthermore, Attachment A reflects additional Pro 
Rata Charges of Expenditures for June 30, 1994.
