for Period Ending June 30, 1994 for Dormitory Revenue Fund-Campus

Attachment A reflects additional Pro Rata Charges of Income and
Expenditures on systemwide office records for the period ending June 30,
1994.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer indicated 
on Attachment A with PFA #9154 for revenue and PFA #9155 for
expenditures. The journal entries described on Attachment A should be
recorded by the campus.

Allocation orders posted to the campus unions include our best estimate for 
pro rata charges through June 30, 1995.  After PFA #9155 has been posted by
the State Controller's Office, the allocation balance should remain available
for the June 30, 1995 pro rata charges.
