Attachment "A" and "B" are a detailed chart of campus Students in Health
and Allied Training Worker's Compensation charges for July, 1994 through
March, 1995. The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges
indicated for you respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office
account on our Plan of Financial Adjustment, PFA #9192, dated May 12,
1995.
Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts. This
will be a reconciling item with the State Controller's balances until the
Controller issues a journal entry.
