investments through the Surplus Money Investment Fund for the Parking 
Fines and Forfeitures Fund - 583.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer 
indicated on Attachment A with PFA #9131.  The journal entry described on 
Attachment A should be recorded by the campus.
