Subject: CERF Systemwide Distribution Fiscal Year 1994/95

In accordance with the memorandum dated January 19, 1995 from 
Chancellor Munitz, Attachment A, the Continuing Education Revenue 
Fund Systemwide Distribution for fiscal year 1994/95 is being transferred to 
the campuses.

Attachment B reflects the distribution from the Systemwide Operations 
Account to the individual campus CERF ledgers.  The journal entry 
described on Attachment B should be recorded by the campus.
