Subject: Campus Ad Hoc CIRS Reporting Costs
The State Controller's Office and the Chancellor's Office subsidized 
campus ad hoc CIRS (Campus Information Retrieval System) reporting 
costs for fiscal year 1993/94.  However, in subsequent years, campuses 
who use CIRS ad hoc reporting will be charged according to actual 
usage and computer time.

Attachment "A"  is a detailed chart of campus ad hoc CIRS reporting 
costs for October through December 1994.  Attachment "B" is a schedule 
of charges to support CIRS maintenance and enhancement.  The State 
Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for your 
respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our 
Plan of Financial Adjustment, PFA #653, dated February 8, 1995.  

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  
This will be a reconciling item with the State Controller's balances 
until the Controller issues a journal entry.
