Subject:  Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures for Period Ending
	   December 31, 1993 for Various Self-supporting Revenue Funds
The attached schedules cover the pro rata charges of income and 
expenditures reflected on statewide office records for the period ending 
December 31, 1993.

	Attachment A - Continuing Education Revenue Fund
	Attachment B - Dormitory Revenue Fund

We have requested the State Controller's Office (SCO) to make the 
transfers indicated on Attachment A with Transfer Request 9078 and the 
transfers on Attachment B with Transfer Request 9080 for revenue and 
9081 for expenditures.  Please record the journal entries indicated on the 
attachments.

The Allocation Orders posted for the campus unions include our best 
estimate for charges covering the period from 1/1/94 to 6/30/94.  After the 
12/31/93 pro rata charges have been posted for the campus unions, the 
balance of the Allocation Orders should remain available for the 6/30/94 
pro rata charges.
