This memorandum reports the status of the Lottery Reserve (formerly called 
"Lottery Endowment principal and interest accounts") for the period July 1, 
1993 through December 31, 1993.

Attachment A shows the reserve balances along with various items of 
additions and deductions that occurred during the period.  As of December 
31, 1993, the total Lottery Reserve balance for all campuses was
$12,289,690.46.
