Subject: Pro Rata of Interest Income Covering January 1, 1994 through
	  June 30, 1994 for the CSU Trust Fund and the CSU Special Projects Fund
Attachments "A" and "B" reflect systemwide income earned from 
investments through the Surplus Money Investment Fund for system 
trust and special projects funds.

We have requested the State Controller to make the amounts reflected 
in Column (I) of the attachments available for withdrawal or further 
investment as you desire.  The journal entries described on the 
attachments should be recorded.
