The Schedule of Personnel Information System (PIMS) charges for 
November 1993 through February 1994 are indicated on the reverse side 
of this letter.

The State Controller has been requested to record the charges indicated for 
your campus with PFA #0645 dated June 8, 1994.  

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries to their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the ControllerŐs balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
