Subject: NDSL - Loan Account Charges - Fiscal Year 1993/94
	General Fund Item 6610-001-001 Ch. 155/93 Support
Expenditures related to the collection of delinquent NDSL loan accounts for 
the Fiscal Year 1993/94 for the various campuses are indicated on the reverse 
side of this letter.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated to 
your respective campus and to credit the ChancellorŐs Office account on our 
Plan of Financial Adjustment, PFA 643, dated May 23, 1994.  The funds 
were previously allocated in your campus budget.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the ControllerŐs balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
