Printing costs for the 1994/95 Graduate and Postbaccalaureate Application 
booklets, Fiscal Year 1993/94, for various campuses are indicated on the 
reverse side of this letter.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for 
your campus and credit the Chancellor's office account on our Plan of 
Financial Adjustment, PFA #644, dated June 8, 1994.  Each campus, as 
noted, provided the account number on the schedule. 

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
