Attached is the Schedule of Personnel Information System (PIMS) charges 
for July 1993 through February 1994.

The State Controller has been requested to record the charges indicated for 
your campus with PFA #0642 dated May 12, 1994.  

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries to their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the ControllerŐs balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
