Expenditures for Fine Arts Insurance for Fiscal Year 1993/94 for the various 
campuses are indicated on the attached schedule.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges to your 
respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan 
of Financial Adjustment, PFA 0639, dated April 6, 1994.  The funds were 
previously allocated in your campus budget.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
