Expenditures for California State University Benchmarking Project costs for 
Fiscal Year 1993/94 for the various campuses are indicated on the reverse side 
of this letter.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated to your 
respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of 
Financial Adjustment, PFA 0637, dated January 26, 1994.  Please refer to the 
BA 93-15 memo dated November 24, 1993.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This 
will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
