Subject:  Distribution of Contract Management Funds
Based on the attached memo from Louis V. Messner, $1,143,000 of 
Contract Management Funds are being distributed to the campuses.  
These funds are available until June 30, 1994 and are subject to post 
audit review as specified in the memo.  

The funds are being transferred to campuses by PFA 9185.  Please ask 
your accounting staff to account for these funds in Fund 948, CSU Trust --
Sub-fund 496 - Other.  A separate global account has been established as 
follows:

General Ledger 		0-75600
Subsidiary Ledger 	7-56000-2690 

Recording these funds in this manner will facilitate post audit review.
