Subject: Pro Rata of Interest Income Covering July 1, 1992 through 
	  December 31, 1992 for the State College Trust Fund and State 
	  College Special Projects Fund
Attachments "A" and "B" reflect systemwide income earned from 
investments through the Surplus Money Investment for system trust 
and special projects funds.

We have requested the Controller to make the amounts reflected in 
Column I of the attachments available for withdrawal or further 
investment as you desire.  The journal entries described on the 
attachments should be recorded.
