Subject: Pro Rata Charges of Expenditures for Period Ending June 30, 1993 for
	   Various Self-supporting Revenue Funds
Attachments "A" and "B" cover the pro rata charges of expenditures 
reflected on statewide office records for the period ending June 30, 1993.  
Amounts for the month of June have been estimated based on historical 
data.  The amounts will be adjusted for the actual June transactions in 
the next fiscal year.

Attachment "A" - Continuing Education Revenue Fund

Attachment "B" - Dormitory Revenue Fund, Campus Unions

The required entries should be made before the books are closed for 
fiscal year ending June 30, 1993.  The State Controller has been 
requested to transfer the amounts on Attachments A and B with Transfer 
Requests 9238 and 9241 inclusive.
