Subject: Release of Restrictions on Salary Savings
After review of campus requests, it has been decided to release all 
programmatic restrictions on the use of Sub-code 3600 for Salary 
Savings.  

Salary savings may now be recorded in any program of the General 
Fund.  This change was included with Revision #33 of the FRS/APS 
Code Book.
