statewide office records for the period ending January 31, 1993.  

Attachment "A" - Continuing Education Revenue Fund, for the period 
ending January 31, 1993, including the adjusted June, 1992 pro rata.

Attachment "B" - Adjusted pro rata for June, 1992.

We have requested the State Controller's Office (SCO) to make the 
transfer indicated on Attachment A with Transfer Request 9065.  Please 
record the journal entries indicated on the attachments.
