Valley High students to hit 'Road to College' bus tour

More than 100 Valley High School students on Wednesday will be the first to participate in a statewide bus tour designed to promote college education in underserved communities.

The "Road to College" bus tour is part of California State University and AT&T California's $1.6 million, four-year "Steps to College Success" efforts.

Inside the bus, students will be equipped with laptops that will allow them to take virtual tours of CSU's 23 campuses.

They will also be able to fill out a college application and learn about financial aid and scholarships.
