Spring 2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey Design

For the Spring 2009 Satisfaction Surveys, the Design Process will help ensure that your survey is adequately customized to meet your campus situation. In the design process you will have an opportunity to request changes to the individual survey questions or instructions used at your campus.

Please review the communication plan below for details of what survey creation and administration will entail.
