A Message from the Chancellor

Dr. Charles B. Reed, ChancellorAt the California State University, we are proud to be leaders not only in providing high-quality education, but also in providing accountability for all that we do. Our Quality Improvement Program gives us the tools to help us measure our progress, identify changes that need to be made and fulfill our mission as a public university for the people of California.

Through our Quality Improvement Program, we are able to evaluate and demonstrate progress in every part of our work, from our academic programs to the services we provide throughout the university. Offering a quality education and top-notch services allows us to attract and retain outstanding faculty and staff, and to better serve California’s students.

This report details the many quality improvement efforts throughout the CSU system. Our quality improvement efforts continue to help us become a stronger and more effective organization each year. By celebrating and promoting campus efforts in quality improvement, we hope to build upon this successful initiative and continue to be a national leader in high-quality, student-focused higher education.
