  • Audit Issues
    Provides campuses with timely information on the findings and the objectives associated with audits conducted by the Office of the University Auditor
  • Best Practice Initiatives
    This Best Practices Initiative is in alignment with the CMS Enterprise Mission Statement in the CMS Project Charter that states that, by 2006, the CSU will perform administrative functions in concert with a common set of administrative “best practices” approaches. 
  • Campus Initiatives
    Links to other campuses Quality Improvement websites.
  • EHE: Excellence in Higher Education
    Links to EHE training course materials and registration.
  • Measure Library
    A resource for campuses in the measure development stage, which includes a comprehensive list of metrics being deployed on campuses and at the systemwide level to assess various support services or other outcomes.
  • pbviews
    Provides campus leadership with the necessary data to make informed decisions, and promotes accountability and improvement in the CSU by facilitating communication regarding priorities, sharing of best practices, assessing the outcomes of key activities on campus, and focusing on areas needing attention.
  • Survey Design
    Building on the success of web-based customer satisfaction surveying, allowing campuses to utilize the CSU Customer Satisfaction Surveys, but tailor them to have campus specific questions and giving immediate access to responses and data.
  • WASC Resources
    Various resources and tools that institutions are utilizing to respond to the new WASC accreditation process.
