Excellence in Higher Education (EHE): An Integrated Approach to Assessment, Planning and Improvement in Colleges & Universities.
This course combines the Malcolm Baldrige performance excellence framework with accreditation concepts. The CSU Quality Improvement Program is evaluating EHE to determine how it can be applied at our campuses. This course is an opportunity for individuals from a variety of functional areas and disciplines to learn the details of applying the EHE assessment model and to have input into that planning process. This model is scalable and can be utilized by individual departments or entire divisions or universities.
