Governor Schwarzenegger Announces Appointments

(Jan. 25, 2008) Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the following appointments:

Curtis Grima, 23, of Roseville, has been appointed to the California State University Board of Trustees. He currently studies government and journalism at California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Grima has been vice president of academic affairs for Associated Students, Incorporated (ASI) since 2007, student assistant at the California Environmental Protection Agency since 2007 and communications assistant at Teichert Construction since 2006. Prior to that, he was executive vice president for ASI in 2007 and secretary of state affairs from 2005 to 2006. This position does not require Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Grima is a Republican.
