Internships Available in Media Industries for CSU Students
(April 30, 2007)- Looking for a media internship? The California State University has created an innovative program designed for all CSU students desiring to work in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area.
The CSU’s Media Internship Program offers exclusive summer and year-round internships for students seeking a career in the media and entertainment industry. The program creates opportunities for students to find a career path in areas including production, technology, writing, distribution, on-air, 3-D animation, visual effects, video games, news and numerous areas in the business side of the industry.
Eligible students must have a minimum 3.0 grade-point-average. Students are to download the application from the program website www.csumediainterns.com and email their resume with a cover letter to the region of their choice. Free on-campus housing is available to students in both areas during summer 2007.The California State University is the largest system of senior higher education in the country, with 23 campuses, approximately 417,000 students and 46,000 faculty and staff.
