San Jose State Set to Spend Hefty Donation

San Jose State’s College of Education has decided how to spend the largest single donation ever made to an education school in the California State University system. 

The $10 million will go toward outfitting classrooms with the latest high-tech teaching tools, establishing endowments, and expanding and creating programs to help with student and faculty development, including overseas travel and training. 

"This means that we will take the College of Education from good to great," said San Jose State College of Education Dean Susan Meyers.
