| San Jose State University on Thursday celebrated the opening of its Metropolitan Technology Center and Space Technology Center, both located at NASA/Ames Research Center at Moffett Field. The two technology centers are envisioned to make educational and research connections between NASA and San Jose State University. The centers will share classroom, laboratory and office space at Ames. ``With the signing of this agreement, we are taking major strides in developing NASA Research Park into a world-class, shared-use research and development campus in association with academia, industry and non-profit organizations,'' Ames director Scott Hubbard said.
