| UC Davis officials are moving forward with a planned residential development west of Highway 113, despite a lawsuit. "We're going ahead with all plans," said John Meyer, the university's vice chancellor of resource management. The lawsuit was filed in December by the West Davis Neighbors, a community group that claims the university failed to adequately consider alternatives or minimize environmental damage from the project. |
