Cal State L.A. recently announced that 80 graduates from the class of 1999 were admitted to 27 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools in the United States. Cal State L.A. graduates were admitted to 14 California schools including UCLA, USC, UC Davis, Hastings, Loyola, Pepperdine and Southwestern. Among the prestigious out-of-state law schools admitting Cal State L.A. graduates the previous year were New York University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Wisconsin, Northwestern University, University of Michigan, and Ohio State University.
