CSU Interlibrary Website Development Task Force
The Website Development Task Force is responsible for the design, development
and maintenance of a CSU Interlibrary Loan website. The content and structure of
this website will be determined by the ILL Steering Committee with input from CSU
ILL staff.
Recommendations
- Design the CSU ILL Website, develop links, set up email options and update
site as needed.
- The Website will serve as the official record of all meetings and minutes
from all working groups.
- The Website will include an information bulletin board, directory of ILL
contacts, Manual of Policies and Procedures, ALA Policy and Copyright guidelines,
and official ILL documents.
Activities
Membership
The Website Development Task Force is comprised of a minimum of three (3) volunteers from
the CSU Interlibrary Loan Departments, with one (1) liaison from the ILL Steering Committee.
Each Task Force member must also have respect for the different CSU campus missions, cultures,
and needs; each member should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take risks.

Meeting Minutes
A minimum of one (1) conference call per month. Other communication may be conducted via email,
and the CSU ILL listserv.
