CSU Interlibrary Statistics Task Force
The Statistics Task Force is responsible for developing a statistical format that will
enable all CSU Interlibrary Loan units to compile statistics that clearly reflect their
workflow, while taking into consideration the following recommendations:
Recommendations
- Categories should include a broad range of information to be compiled, e.g.
status of users, materials being requested, and systems used to obtain material
(mediated/unmediated).
- Collection Development should also be reviewed as a possible means of use
from statistics as an identifiable source of materials in high demand and
growth for one's collection.
- Compile a yearly statistics report and include number of staff in unit and hours
of staffing in the unit.
