CSU I-SPIE Representatives

The purpose of the CSU I-SPIE Representatives (formerly, the CSU ILL Working Group) is to investigate and recommend action related to ILL practice and procedure.

Recommendations

• Improve communication and cooperation between the Task Force committees and ILL Steering Committee members, and the CSU ILL units as a whole.
• Establish a name for the group that reflects its duties and responsibilities.
• Investigate and recommend the most cost-effective means to bring CSU ILL staff together.
• Oversee the development and production of each Task Force.
• Plan and organize future CSU ILL Conferences while taking into consideration current budget constraints.

Membership
The membership will be comprised of one (1) representative from each CSU ILL Unit. A Chairperson will be elected to serve a one (1) year term. Each representative must also have respect for the different CSU campus missions, cultures, and needs; each member should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take risks.

Meetings
A minimum of one (1) conference call per month. Other communication may be conducted via email, and the CSU ILL listserv.
