Jon Lundstrom
California State Polytechnic University, Pomona

Jon Lundstrom is managing and design principal of Lundstrom & Associates, a 20-person architectural firm located in Santa Ana, California. The firm’s focus is on higher education, research, municipal, medical, office, commercial and renovation projects. Lundstrom has been recognized by the Society of American Registered Architects 14 times, winning the National Award of Honor twice.

He was a two-term president of the Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association (2001-2002 and 2002-2003) and served as co-chair of the Alumni Association’s golf tournament in 2006 and 2007, helping to raise over $50,000 for student scholarships in two years. He has been the Alumni Association’s CSU Alumni Council representative since 2002, participating in several Alumni Legislative Day events. He has been a member of the President’s Council since 2000. Through the College of Environmental Design, he is an active member of the Partner Circle, which is the Dean’s Advisory Board, and he has also assisted Cal Poly Pomona’s Department of Architecture by serving as a panelist for senior projects.

Lundstrom received his bachelor’s degree in architecture in 1975 and is a registered architect in four states with over 32 years of experience in both the private and public sectors.
