CSU's Alumni Legislative Day was held April 28, 2008 when CSU leaders, alumni, campus representatives, community members and friends gathered in Sacramento to support the CSU.

Legislative Day brings together members of the CSU's 23 campuses to deliver the message that CSU provides the quality education, research and innovative programs that are indispensable to the state's economy and the future of California.

The day featured a morning briefing session for CSU representatives including Chancellor Charles B. Reed's "State of the CSU" address.

Legislative Day is one of the most important venues for the CSU to demonstrate the way in which it is "Working for California" to the state's decision-makers.

CSU Alumni Legislative Day 2008 is sponsored by the California State University and the CSU Alumni Council.
