While there are similarities between the structure of universities in Quebec and California, students will experience differences. For example, the teaching style of faculty and the structure of courses may vary from what students are used to at home. IP students should be prepared to adapt.
Students in Québec find many opportunities for recreation through their host university’s sports facilities, special interests clubs, and cultural and social activities.
Students are responsible for locating their own housing for the academic year, and most choose to live off campus in shared apartments. Your host university will provide you with housing information.
