· Promote closer ties between the administration of the Multiple Subject Credential Program (UCTE) and Liberal Studies Program (College of Liberal Arts) with the purpose of improving the advising and earlier induction into the teaching profession.

· Seek to create a Science and Math Ed Center on Campus via Cal Poly Plan Funding and Private donors.
· Develop the fifth year masters component with a technology curricular and pedagogical focus via Cal Poly Plan Funding.

· Promote the infusion of technology in courses serving the Liberal Studies and Multiple Subject Credential Programs.

· Seek innovative ways to sustain the existence of the courses.

· Discuss issue with Multiple Subject Credentialing Program Committee.
· Invite selected Arts and Science Faculty members to luncheon to discuss issue.
· Invite selected Arts and Science Faculty members to attend classes of selected Teacher Education Faculty members and have Education Faculty attend classes of selected Arts and Science Faculty members.
