The Integrated California State University Administrative Manual (ICSUAM) was created to respond to the need for an efficient and effective means of providing clear, concise, yet comprehensive guidance to California State University management and staff regarding business and financial affairs. This guidance is intended to assist administrators so that they may better serve the students and faculty of the University and provide a framework to assure strict accountability over University resources.

The ICSUAM is established by the Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer and maintained to be consistent with responsibilities and delegations under the CSU Trustees and the Chancellor.
