Fee Waiver
Fee waiver (or tuition assistance) entitles eligible Chancellor's Office employees
(and in some cases their spouse or dependent child) to enroll in courses at
any CSU campus and have fees waived or reduced to $1.
Rideshare
The Chancellor's Office Rideshare Program aims to reduce smog and improve
air quality by encouraging employees to use alternative methods of
transportation. Enrolled participants earn points redeemable for gift
certificates for more than 200 vendors.
Employee Recognition Program
The Chancellor’s Office employee recognition program, COSTAR, has been revised
for 2005. Each department will hold an annual event, such as a luncheon, for
all employees in the department. At that time, vice chancellors may choose to
recognize outstanding employees. This new program is designed to allow more
employees to be recognized. For more information, contact

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Chancellor's Office employees have access to free, confidential counseling
and referral service to help resolve personal problems, such as work issues,
wellness services, substance abuse and recovery, legal assistance, and
financial planning.
Discounted Movie Tickets
Employees may purchase discounted movie tickets to AMC movie theaters for $7.50 each and Regal movie theater for $7.00 each. Regal tickets are good at Edwards, United Artist, and Regal Cinemas. To purchase tickets stop by Human Resource Services on the second floor by 3:30 pm. Tickets may only be purchased with a personal check (payable to CSU Trustees).
Discount Cards
Chancellor's Office employees can obtain discount cards for several
recreational facilities such as Magic Mountain, Sea World, Universal Studios and
Knott's Berry Farm.
Campus Performing Arts Discounts
New: Chancellor’s Office employees can receive a 20 percent discount at
the Luckman Fine Arts Complex at Cal State L.A. Tickets must be purchased through the
Luckman Box Office, (323) 343-6600. Employees can
also obtain discounts at the Carpenter Center at CSULB; the discount varies depending on the
show. To receive the discount, tickets must be purchased at the
Carpenter box office, (562) 985-7000. You must
present your OneCard when you pick up the tickets. For more information, contact
