When a SSI is denied, refer to the appropriate collective bargaining agreement regarding the establishment of a new Anniversary date.
Denial of a SSI, MSI or SISA is based on a review of the employee's past performance.
Refer to Item 957, Audits, for further instructions regarding employees on IDL with sick leave supplementation.
You may need to re-evaluate Final Salary Anniversary Date (Item 958).
