Used for class code changes for all employee groups as specifically authorized by the Chancellor's Office.

Transaction 122 is used to change an academic year employee's class code from 2360 to 2399, or vice versa, when the number of available assigned serial numbers has been exhausted. Classes 2360 and 2399 are interchangeable.
Transaction 122 must be used to denote the class code change from the old class to the new class for Skilled Trade (R06) employees per Technical Letter HR/SA 2000-16 and HR/SA 2000-16, Supplement #1.
The effective date must be the beginning of a pay period.
