Personnel Payroll Services is a division of the SCO that is the connecting link between the campus personnel/payroll office and the PIMS database. Its function is to maintain the database and to apply the audit and edit criteria that has been established by CSU and provide the campuses with personnel/payroll information on CSU employees. PPSD is the central processing unit for personnel/payroll transactions for all State employees, including the CSU.
