  • At the discretion of the President, increases are effective at any time at the beginning of the pay period for employees on NDI supplemented with Catastrophic Leave (S49 Transaction, Item 957= 40);

  • Increases for other employees on leave (non-pay status) are to be keyed by the campuses effective the date the employee returns to pay status using the A64 transaction.

Additional Information:

  • The employee's SSI Counter (Item 958) will need to be recalculated in cases where an employee was promoted to a higher rank and subsequently received an SSI based on eligibility in the lower rank. The SSI Counter/Final Salary Anniversary Date (Item 958) in the higher rank must be modified accordingly.
