Market Increase Program

General Information
  • The President may grant a salary increase to a probationary or tenured faculty unit employee to address market considerations.
  • For faculty members with remaining SSI eligibility, the market increase award will reduce or may eliminate SSI eligibility. The campus must recalculate SSI counters and reset Final Salary Anniversary date accordingly.
  • Market increases may be awarded from campus funds at any time (including during the summer break period) effective at the beginning of a pay period.
