  • General Information

    • An in-classification progression is movement from one skill level to a higher skill level within a classification.


    • In-classification progressions require a minimum base salary increase of 5.0%.


    • In-classification progressions are paid from campus funds and are effective no later than the first day of the pay period following the date the request was received in the campus Human Resources Office.
