Whistleblower Retaliation Complaint Procedures
Executive Order 1058 outlines the complaint procedure for employees, former employees and applicants for employment who allege they have been retaliated against. Complainants should file a written complaint with their manager or supervisor, or the campus administrator responsible for administering EO 1058, within twelve (12) months of the alleged retaliatory act(s). For assistance in utilizing this procedure, employees, former employees and applicants for employment should contact their campus administrator responsible for administering EO 1058 or their campus human resources office.
