Systemwide HR Technology Initiatives are projects sponsored by Gail Brooks, Vice Chancellor of Systemwide Human Resources, supported by Common Management Systems. The information published on this site is intended to keep CSU stakeholders abreast of activities related to system-wide Human Resources technology and can be used to help facilitate campus awareness and communications.

Current Projects

Common Human Resources Systems (CHRS)
Led by Systemwide Human Resources, the primary goal of CHRS is to produce a fully configured, enriched, common baseline prototype built on a single database platform for all CSU campuses and the Chancellor's Office. More info »

    Due to the current activities related to the v9.0 Upgrade, these projects are scheduled to resume under CHRS

Absence Management Self Service
Absence Management was deployed in June 2010 and will be implemented by all campuses by December 2012 per HR 2010-17 - Implementation of Absence Management Self Service. More info »
